Relly Nufable Jose Jr.
Relly Nufable Jose Jr., known as 'Captain Relly,' was born on November 27, 1967, in General Santos City, South Cotabato. A veteran seafarer with almost 25 years of shipboard experience, including 13 years on international commercial vessels, he has since transitioned to maritime business leadership. Jose earned a degree in Marine Transportation from John B.
